small_caps: bool

smcp: the face’s own small capitals, from font-variant-caps.

settings: Vec<FeatureSetting>

What the sheet asked for, from font-feature-settings and the font-variant longhands, in the order the shaper reads them. A later setting of one tag wins over an earlier one.
