Traces one image’s alpha channel. None where the format carries
no alpha, where the file does not decode, or where it is larger
than the tracer decodes.
The outline is reported over a fixed number of bands rather than over the image’s own rows, so two images of the same shape and different resolutions trace to the same size of outline.
